Hi, I'm Cristiana Martin.

As a sociologist, I am passionate about empowering communities and organizations that can leverage positive social impact at the local, regional, or national levels.

Over the past ten years, I have worked with international cooperation agencies, governments, non-profits, and enterprises, offering them actionable insights tailored to improving project and policy-related decision-making.

​I am a qualitative researcher at heart. In recent years, I have honed my facilitation skills to better lead the evaluation and research processes, enriching clients' learning journeys through active participation and collaboration. 

Cristiana is a professional who combines her repertoire and technical knowledge in applied research (especially in the field of systematisation and evaluation) with sensitivity and flexibility to develop coherent solutions that are connected to the demands and specificities of each process.
